SHIPPING

We ship globally within 2 business days via Canada Post/FedEx. During Spring & Summer, we ship with a signature to avoid your items sitting out in the sun. All orders receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for any items misplaced due to incorrect shipping information entered through the ordering process. We also cannot be responsible for any items damaged in transport. If you fail to include a unit number when shipping, the item will be returned to sender. There is a fee to receive and re-ship items. If you failed to include sufficient shipping information, you will be responsible for these charges.

If there are any problems with your order, items you may have forgot or want to cancel, just email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct the problem.

Shipping within Canada: $15 1-3 business days

Shipping to USA: $25 3-5 business days

Orders within Canada exceeding $150 will receive free shipping.

RETURNS

All orders can be returned within 10 days as long as the merchandise is unopened/unused and returned in its original packaging. We have a 10-day money-back guarantee where we will refund you the purchase price. Please be advised that all shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect, damaged / lost goods

If you’ve received incorrect, damaged/lost products, save all contents & packing material and contact us via email within 3 business days and we will work with you to rectify the situation.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to oräCollections Inc. Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participating in our affiliate program. By joining our program, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

Affiliate: A person or entity that has been accepted by oräCollections Inc. to promote and market our products and receive commissions for sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

Affiliate Program: oräCollections Inc.’s program that allows Affiliates to promote our products and earn commissions for referring customers to our website.

Cookie Duration: A period of 120 days during which a customer’s visit to our website via an Affiliate’s referral link will be tracked for commission purposes.

Custom Pay Rates: Affiliate commissions that are determined based on the Affiliate’s reach.

3. Affiliate Acceptance

• To become an Affiliate, you must apply through our website and be approved by oräCollections Inc.
• We reserve the right to reject or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate promotional methods, violating these terms, or for any conduct that may harm our brand or reputation.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Affiliates must use unique affiliate tracking links provided by oräCollections Inc. to ensure proper tracking of referrals.
• Affiliates are responsible for disclosing their relationship with oräCollections Inc. and the fact that they may earn commissions from referrals in accordance with the applicable advertising and disclosure laws and regulations.

5. Cookie Duration

• Our Cookie Duration is set at 120 days. This means that a customer who clicks on your affiliate link will be tracked for 120 days, and you will receive a commission for any qualifying purchase made within that time frame.

6. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will receive custom pay rates determined by oräCollections Inc. The commission rates may vary based on factors such as the Affiliate’s audience.
• Commissions will be paid on qualified purchases made through Affiliate’s unique tracking links.
• Commissions will be paid in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via a payment method agreed upon between the Affiliate and oräCollections Inc.

7. Payment

• Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.
• Payment processing may take up to 3-5 business days after the end of each payment period.

8. Refund Grace Period

• Customers have a Refund Grace Period of 15 days, during which they can request refunds for products they have purchased. If a customer requests a refund within this period, the corresponding commission for the Affiliate will be deducted from the Affiliate’s account.

9. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must adhere to oräCollections Inc.’s branding and promotional guidelines provided separately.

10. Termination

• oräCollections Inc. reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
• Affiliates may also voluntarily terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to oräCollections Inc.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• oräCollections Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.

12. Miscellaneous

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
• Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in Brampton, Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

By joining our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in our program.
